Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. At EIT Store, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging and condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Certain exceptions may apply to items like opened software or consumable products.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team via email or phone, and we'll guide you through the process. We may request a photo of the returned item to verify its condition.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. 
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be reflected in your next statement. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

We strive to make the return and refund process as smooth and efficient as possible for our valued customers.

Exceptions and Limitations
While we strive to accommodate all return requests, certain exceptions and limitations may apply :

 • Items that are personalized or customized cannot be returned.
 • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents are not eligible for return.
 • Items that are purchased on sale or with a discount code may have limited return options.
 • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
